I am one of the few people who actually uses the plastic bags from the grocery store. They ARE my trash bags. Yes, they are small but when the bag is almost full, I go and scoop my cat's litter box, tie up the bag and throw it away. So my garbage gets emptied every single day and I NEVER have to buy garbage bags.

Any organization that has Bingo will welcome your plastic grocery bags. They are used to keep the clutter of Bingo sheets, etc. off the tables.
Any church or organization holding a rummage sale will also accept them - how else will the buyers take their treasures home.
Don't forget your local thrift store.
Always make sure any bags donated are clean.
Seperate sizes of bags - label tissue boxes with size. When box is full - take to your favorite location. They'll appreciate it too.
