Threw Out 10 things - Master Bedroom

Today I worked on our master bedroom: an old bag of cough drops, old newspapers, prescription inhaler, 8 shorts and tops, 2 shopping bags, 15 items of lingerie, 12 books, 5 old greeting cards from when I had surgery, an unused body spray, decorative candle. Total for the room 10 items.

I chose my song

I went ahead with Melissa Lawson's "What if it All Goes Right." Of my possible songs it has the most positive lyrics. I want to keep things positive! As someone else posted, I am looking for the workbook download for Throw Out Fifty Things. Anyone know when that will be up?

Molly commented on Cheryl (Simmons) Miles's blog post Day ONE
"Yes our connection to old dried up makeup is definitely not the same as notes from those we love. But you took a great step in knowing what's in your heart does not need to be held in your hand. Good for you! I can't wait to get started,…"

Your Song

I just finished reading Throw Out Fifty Things while lying in bed with a respiratory infection. I truly believe it is contributing to my recovery! While I can't get up for a while to do any physical "throwing out" I can work on the mental clutter. I am very caught up in the idea of having your personal song, the one that lifts you up and gets you ready for life's challenges. I have four songs in mind and have not yet decided which one to adopt. The songs are Elton John's "I'm Still Standing,"…See More
