HERE'S TO YOUR VERY GOOD HEART Nothing like the combo of Valentine's Day, and American Heart Month and Clinton's latest "heart caper" to remind us that in the end, our hearts are in our care - nobody else's. As most of you know, I almost learned that the hard way. (Check out "Follow Your Instincts" on throwoutfiftythings.com.) So here's what you're going to do this week: one good thing for your heart. Maybe you'll start eating oatmeal, or more fruit or a tiny bit of dark chocolate. Maybe you'll commit to working out 3 times a week. Or do Yoga. Or quit smoking. Or go get a stress test! Or maybe you'll just decide once and for all not to sweat the small stuff so much. Or all of the above. You know you've got a good heart. Keep it that way.
